Introduction

Prolong is a modular, scalable SaaS platform that transforms After-Sales and After-care service into a growth, loyalty, and sustainability engine for fashion brands. Operating at the intersection of fashion technology and circular economy, Prolong enables brands to efficiently manage post-purchase services such as repairs, alterations, and warranties—all from one unified system. We joined Future Fashion Assembly to collaborate with forward-thinking leaders in fashion tech who are reimagining the industry for a more sustainable, customer-centric future.

Can you highlight a key achievement or innovation you are most proud of?

We’re most proud of building the first complete, verticalized SaaS platform dedicated to After-Sales in fashion. Our platform has helped brands reduce operational costs by 20%, improve customer satisfaction to 4.8/5, and cut product-related waste—proving that After-Sales can be both a business asset and a force for sustainability.

About the Business

What inspired the founding of Prolong?

The founders experienced firsthand how poorly managed After-Sales services were hurting both brands and customers—leading to product waste, customer churn, and lost revenue. We saw an urgent opportunity to modernize this overlooked part of the customer journey and align it with growing demand for circularity and personalization.

How would you describe your mission in one sentence?

To make After-Sales and After-Care a loyalty driver, profit center and circularity leader for fashion and jewelry brands, globally.

Innovation and Sustainability

What innovations are you most proud of, and how are they impacting the fashion industry?

We created the first modular After-Sales SaaS tailored to the needs of fashion brands, replacing outdated, manual processes with an intuitive, data-driven platform. This innovation enables brands to offer high-quality service at scale while launching new revenue-generating offerings like care, customization, and repairs.

How does sustainability play a role in your work and vision?

Sustainability is at the core of our model. By making it easier for brands to extend product life and reduce returns, we help avoid unnecessary production and waste. Our platform enables fashion brands to operationalize circularity—turning intent into action with measurable environmental impact.

Case Studies

Can you share an example of how your technology has positively impacted a fashion brand?

Fusalp, a leading luxury skiwear brand, transformed their global After-Sales operations using Prolong. What was once a fragmented, spreadsheet-driven process is now a centralized platform, increasing efficiency and freeing up time to focus on premium customer care.

Brands using Prolong have seen:

  • 20% reduction in After-Sales operational costs

  • 67% increase in customer lifetime value

  • Up to 30% reduction in product-related environmental impact

  • Customer satisfaction scores of 4.8/5

Future Fashion Assembly

What led you to join Future Fashion Assembly?

We joined to be part of a future-focused community that shares our belief: fashion’s next frontier isn’t just about better products, but better systems. FFA brings together the ecosystem we need—visionary brands, innovators, and investors—to accelerate sustainable transformation in the industry.

Opportunities in Fashion Tech

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for businesses in fashion technology today?

The biggest opportunity lies in redefining ownership and post-purchase value. Fashion tech can enable more circular models—from repairs to rentals to resale—by giving brands the tools to monetize and manage products long after the point of sale.

What advice would you give to other companies looking to innovate in this space?

Start by solving a real operational pain point, not just following a trend. Build solutions that are scalable, measurable, and easy to integrate—because adoption is as critical as innovation.

Future Goals

What’s next for Prolong, and how do you plan to continue making an impact for fashion brands?

We’re expanding across Europe and the US, entering new product categories like jewelry, multibrand retail and homeware.. Our product roadmap includes embedded AI and deeper analytics—empowering brands to predict service demand, optimize inventory, and unlock new business models.

Can you summarise the business’s vision for the future of fashion tech?

We envision a future where fashion tech doesn’t just drive trends—it drives responsibility. Where every item sold comes with a smart, sustainable service layer that extends its life, builds loyalty, and reduces waste. Prolong aims to be the infrastructure powering that future.
